What this site is
FastStart Online is a reference library of general information about free-to-play battle collection RPGs, written for readers in Australia and published for information only. It is not legal, financial or professional advice, nor consumer advice about an individual matter, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified adviser or from the regulator responsible for a particular question.
The site is independent of every game publisher named on it. It is not an official source, a reseller, a support channel or an authorised representative, and nothing on it is supplied or approved by any vendor.
Accuracy, and the limits of it
Entries are reviewed quarterly, and the date of the most recent review appears in every footer. Even so, the subject changes continuously: games are updated, prices change by storefront and region, drop rates are revised, and official guidance is reissued. Information here may be out of date when it is read, and no undertaking is given that it is complete, current or free from error.
Details about any named product should be checked against that vendor's own current material, and questions of Australian law, classification or consumer rights against the body that publishes the guidance; the links in the entries lead there directly.
Links to other sites
This site links to websites operated by other organisations, including the vendor site reached through the paid links described on the Affiliate Disclosure page. Those sites are outside the control of FRESH POINT spol. s r.o., their content and practices are matters for whoever runs them, and a link is not an endorsement. Following one means leaving this site and its terms behind.
Paid links
Some links here are paid affiliate links, and FRESH POINT spol. s r.o. receives a commission when a reader registers and installs through one. They are identified wherever they appear and described on the Affiliate Disclosure page. Using them costs the reader nothing additional, and any vendor can be reached directly instead.
Acceptable use
The site may be read, quoted with attribution and linked to freely. It may not be used in a way that interferes with its operation or with other readers' access, including automated requests that burden the server, attempts at unauthorised access, or republication of substantial parts as someone else's work. The text and illustrations belong to FRESH POINT spol. s r.o., apart from trademarks and names belonging to their holders.
Trademarks
Raid: Shadow Legends and every other brand named on FastStart Online are trademarks of their respective holders. Naming them here does not mean FastStart Online is affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by those holders, other than through the paid links described on our disclosure page.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where that law applies to the supply of this site to a reader as a consumer, the consumer guarantees apply and cannot be contracted out of.
Subject to that, and to the full extent the law permits, FRESH POINT spol. s r.o. is not liable for loss or damage arising from use of this site or reliance on its content, including decisions about installing, playing or spending money on any game. Where liability can be limited but not excluded, it is limited, at the publisher's option, to supplying the information again or paying the cost of doing so.
Changes to the site and to these terms
Entries are added, revised and withdrawn as the subject changes, and the site may be unavailable at times. These terms may be revised; the effective date at the top shows when the current version took effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, where FRESH POINT spol. s r.o. is established, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute. This does not displace any protection a reader has under the consumer law of the country where they live: a reader in Australia keeps the rights and remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law and may pursue them in Australia.
