- A suggestion for an entry
- The question the entry would answer, stated as a question. Suggestions are read; no undertaking is given that an entry will follow.
What this address is not for
FastStart Online is not a game publisher, a vendor, a reseller or a support channel. Problems with a game account, a purchase, a refund or an installation are matters for the publisher of that game or the storefront that processed the payment; this site cannot access, restore or refund anything on a reader's behalf. Where a consumer dispute cannot be resolved with the seller, the ACCC publishes the contact points for the consumer affairs and fair trading offices in each state and territory. Where the matter is a scam or a fraudulent charge, Scamwatch is the reporting route. Where it is a privacy complaint about another organisation, the OAIC handles those.
